We just got back after a 5-night stay with six of us celebrating an 18th birthdayand honestly, we’re already missing it! The house was spotless, super warmand felt really cosy. The owners were brilliant-really helpful both in person and via text, always there if we needed anything. They’ve thought of every little detail to make the stay stress-free and fun. We’re definitely planning to come back soon. Thanks a lot!

We recently enjoyed a peaceful getaway at this remote farmstead, surrounded by breathtaking views and plenty of space to relax. Our group included elderly parents, two teenagers, ourselvesand a little dachshundand everyone had a fantastic time reconnecting with nature. The evenings under the stars, some relaxing dips in the hot tub with a gin in handand the overall sense of calm made it a really special family break. The beds and linens were comfyand the hot water and heating worked perfectly, which was appreciated. The downstairs wet room and the games room were a hit with the teens, while the two lounges and a piano added a cosy touch. The huge kitchen was the hub of our indoor time, where we cooked, paintedand admired the old beams from 1664. The owners are lovely - they even took us up to the highest point in their pickup, which was a real treat for my parents, who can’t walk far anymore. We loved every moment and highly recommend exploring those hills; cows, sheep, pheasantsand birdlife aboundand the farmer on his quad was a nice sight to see!
