Little Pandy Cottage Reviews

I had a fab stay at the cottage. Colin and Becky are the most amazing hosts! So thoughtful and welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and could have stayed much longer, the grounds are stunning with views and nature walks right on your doorstep. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need, cozy, clean and private plus the hot tub is a bonus. Pandy is one of the best places I have stayed and I will most definitely be back again. Thank you Colin, Becky and the coolest cats for being such amazing hosts!
Rebecca

A cosy little cottage which was perfect for short break. Everything we needed was supplied. The garden is lovely with plenty of wildlife to watch and a perfect babbling river running right through the middle. The hot tub is huge a great place to relax. The location is good with all of North Wales easily reached by road.

Glad to come back for another stay in this lovely place. Feels so tucked away and yet has great transport links to go explore. That hot tub is just wonderful, to relax and watch the birds flitting about the tree tops is a fantastically restful experience
We had the most wonderful time at Little Pandy Cottage! The cottage itself is so warm and cosy and had everything we could need. We watched loads of movies on the Plex app that was provided. The hot tub is the best I've ever been in stayed so hot the whole time and the Bluetooth speak is such a bonus. The area is lovely and not far from places like Conwy Castle which we really enjoyed visiting. Colin and Becky were brilliant hosts. They gave us lots of privacy but we're also on hand if we needed anything. I'd definitely recommend Little Pandy Cottage and we plan to return.
Christopher
Great place, highly recommended

We had a fabulous week in a beautiful setting. Little Pandy Cottage is cosy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Google music and watched a film every night on Plex, Colin downloads lots of movies. Colin and Becky were both friendly and welcoming, and let us know they were available if there were any problems. We really enjoyed the hot tub it was fabulous and we used it every day we were there, the privacy screen was a great addition too. I decided to do a wash before coming home but the machine wouldn't work, Colin had a look at it but unfortunately it was broken. The following morning a new machine was installed and up and running, you could not ask for more than that . All in all we loved our stay at the cottage and hope to return again soon. Thank you. Debbie & Ian
We enjoyed our stay at Little Pandy Cottage. Colin and Becky were great hosts. This place is not 5 star or boutique accommodation but is well presented clean and comfortable and provides the essentials and more in beautiful surroundings. Tea coffee and milk were provided on our arrival which was very welcome as we didnt bring any provisions with us. The hot tub is great. Good and hot and well maintained. Dry robes were provided which is a nice touch. The steps to the tub are a little precarious if wet and in the dark, but otherwise all good. Although its located down a private unmade track and a bit of a jiggle getting in and out of, its a great spot to explore North Wales from. Its many years since I was in Wales and I had forgotten how amazing the place is we received a warm welcome every where we went. Plenty of places to eat nearby but pretty uninspiring to be honest but would def recommend Likya Turkish and med in Flint though. We would be more than happy to stay with Colin and Becky again sometime soon, and have unreservedly recommended it to friends and family.
A great little property. It had everything we needed. Quiet and secluded. Warm and welcoming. The owners share their online Flex and Netflix accounts, so there is plenty to watch after a relaxing soak in the hottub of an evening. We had the full run of the grounds the owners were away and the wifi was great. It was a good base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Thank you!
Fantastic little cottage has everything you need right down to the Tea and Coffee. Cant fault it at all and the owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and the hot tub is a perfect relaxing end to a day of exploring the amazing surroundings. We didnt want to leave and will definitely go back
The is the perfect little getaway, it was so peaceful & relaxing. All you could hear was the birds & the sound of the water from the river that ran through the garden. Colin & Becky was so nice & welcoming and Im very jealous that they get to wake up everyday there. We even had little visits from the cats who are us as friendly. Would 100 recommend Little Pandy Cottage & we will definitely be going back
Curtis
This was a lovely little break away. The cottage and its gardens were lovely. The hot tub even in the rain provided pure relaxation. Would fully recommend a stay at this nice quiet retreat!
We had an amazing time at the little Pandy cottage. They cottage was cute and cozy to stay in. The cottage was very clean and the basics were provided for us for our stay. Colin and Becky were amazing hosts the entire time we were there. Will definitely book again!
A little bit of paradise, was so accurately described by the hosts. we were extremely lucky with the weather . which was the icing on the cake. Cannot fault it in any way, if its peace and tranquilly desired then this is most definite the place to stay at. The hosts were perfect, welcoming but very discreet at the same time. The whole place is one of calm . The annex has everything which is needed for a pleasant stay . It really is a little gem hidden in the Welsh countryside.
The cottage is lovely. Everything needed. Colin was friendly. Grounds exceedingly beautiful However was extremely disappointed as we specifically looked for and booked a hot tub break. We got a tub of hot water. It wasn't working. This was the main point of our break. Really upset we were not informed beforehand so we could have changed it.
Louise
Friendly and available hosts but not intrusive. The cottage is cosy but plenty of room for the two of us to relax. Separate kitchen and shower room and a shared bed, dining, lounge. It's very pretty with everything you could need. Absolutely lovely setting next to the river. Myself and my partner enjoyed the hot tub every evening after the days activities. We didn't need to use the dry robes provided but it's clear that the hosts do their best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. This is a great location for exploring lots of tourist attractions. We enjoyed Ruthin gaol museum and in particular loved Nant clwyd House, the oldest timber house in Wales. Conwy was a lovely little town and we enjoyed the castle. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting Llandudno for the first time. Took a tram up the Great Orme and a cable car down. Spectacular. Fully recommend.
Christopher
Lovely place to stay, unfortunately due to the weather we didnt dare brave the cold and try the hot tub out, but that is in no way the hosts fault, the hospitality was amazing we both felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived, the host gave us some nice ideas for places to visit during our stay and we had a wonderful time, well worth every pennie. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
Rebecca
We loved our stay it was really cosy welcoming and peaceful.
Beautiful Idyllic cottage, has lot's of charm and plenty to do. We will definitely be going again. Very well thought out by the owner's. Lot's to explore within the surrounding area's, the drive along the coast to Snowdonia was definitely worth a look. Would recommend Little Pandy Cottage to everyone. Offers scenery, peacefulness, nature, exploration, fun and adventure.
We had a lovely stay for a few days, just the peace and tranquility we needed
Caroline
A very comfortable, quiet and lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed, the hot tub was great, gardens beautiful and while it felt like the middle of nowhere it was close to main roads for easy exploring. Friendly and helpful hosts too, thank you
Lovely little cottage set in private grounds, ideal for couples to get away from it all. The cottage is clean, comfortable, well equipped and ideally located. The hot tub is a nice addition, which overlooks a lovely garden and stream ideal after a full days walking!. Colin and Becky are very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend
Matthew
Absolutely beautiful spot. The Little Pandy Cottage is an annexed dtetached building and a name play on the actually Pandy Cottage who's grounds it sits in. I was greeted by Colin the host, who was very welcoming and offered the grounds to our disposal, there is a beautiful river that runs through the garden with a bridge across to massive gardens full of apple trees and fruit bushes of several varieties to which he allows you to pick at your leisure season depending. The garden walk is lit up at night and is stunning to look at from the raised hot tub decking next to the annex where you stay The interior is very clean and well decorated with a decent power shower and mini kitchen. The kitchen has over, grill microwave and a hob with all the crockery and utensils you need as well as cookware. We were provided with fresh coffee and tea facilities and a small bottle of milk which was well received. The hot tub is amazing and well kept, with a pair of dryrobe's for you to use. There is a washer and dryer provided outside the annex and washing tablet provided should you wish to use it. All in all a very nice place to stay indeed Colin and becky are very welcoming people who ate keen to help if needed. We would highly recommend!
This stay was just what I needed peace and tranquility. What a beautiful place and Colin and becky were so welcoming, you can wander around their beautiful gardens as you please and help yourself to fruit from the trees, I even got to taste one of the delicious home grown cucumbers. Location is perfect lots to do within the area and the cottage itself had everything you needed I could have happily stayed forever. The hot tub was a fabulous extra, always up to temperature so can dip in whenever you like. I can't wait to come back again!
Such a beautiful place to stay and such a lovley host really pleasant and polite ... Such a beautiful place to stay and such a lovley host really pleasant and polite would definitely recommend looking forward to staying there again in the near future
Claudia
Absolutely amazing place,we loved the garden and the hot tub but sadnley only this. No signal on the phone, and the wifi was not working at all,not even to can start the gps for travelling. No intimacy, even if on the description says it is a romantic and intimate place,it is not. The owners was around all the time,in the garden and everywhere. We will definitely not coming back again. I do not recommend for young couples who wants a romantic escape .
The cottage was a little gem. The hosts were very welcoming. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Set in a lovely garden, we sat listening to the birds and the stream while sat in the hot tub.
Fantastic stay at Little Pandy Cottage! Great base for exploring North Wales and visiting Chester Zoo. Provided with everything we could have needed. Bed was really comfortable and the bedding was so soft and cosy. The hot tub was a great bonus with lovely views of the garden. Set in beautiful surroundings such an idyllic place to stay and unwind.
Fantastic little place for a getaway. Was nice and cosy for 2 people, with the beautiful scenery in the garden as well. Colin and Becky have a wonderful place. Might not be everyones ideal spot, given the cottage shares the same site as the house but for us it was perfect and you still have privacy. Would definitely recommend, plus the added feature of the hot tub always enhances the stay. Place is very well equipped, so brought food along as to save us going out each night.
George
Spent a very enjoyable 3 nights here. It's a very quiet idyllic garden setting with a stream running through it. Perfect for getting away from the world for a few days. The site is a credit to the owners, Colin & Becky, and the Hot Tub is a great bonus.
Just returned from a lovely 4 nights at little Pandy Cottage. Location was perfect, local area was beautiful to explore and cottage was beautiful inside and out. Spent time in the hot tub and enjoying the gardenriver whilst detaching from the outside world with a book. The views at night from the bedroom skylight were perfect and we will definitely be bringing our telescope next time. Everything we needed was in the property and Colin and Becky was more than helpful during our stay. I have friends wanting to book and we would very much like to return in the warmer months to further explore the area and enjoy the views.
We had a wonderful weekend at Little Pandy Cottage! The setting was beautiful and very relaxing. Colin & Becky were brilliant hosts, always on hand to help while also giving us privacy. Thank you for sharing the Pandy estate with us. Also important to mention how perfect the local area is some lovely pubs and hikes less than 30 minute drive away.
