Bryn Tirion is a spacious bungalow in Betws yn Rhos, North Wales. This four-bedroom beauty sits on elevated land with jaw-dropping countryside views from every window. Returning guests (some on their 8th visit!) can't get enough of this place. It's like that friend who's annoyingly perfect at everything.

The surrounding Welsh countryside is absolutely stunning. Fields filled with horses, sheep and cows create a proper rural escape. Fancy a round of golf? Silver Birch golf course is nearby. Beach lovers can head to Colwyn Bay for sandy shores. Gwrych Castle (yes, the I'm A Celebrity one) is worth exploring too.

Bryn Tirion Reviews

Everything was fantastic, exactly as described. We try different properties on Sykes as a family a few times a year and sometimes theyre slightly below our expectations and sometimes theyre slightly above, Bryn Tirion was well above our expectations, we are already looking to return! Thank you!!
This was our 7th stay at Bryn Tirion, which speaks volumes. We, absolutely love it and have booked our 8th stay. The house is just perfect and the hot tub is amazing, we spend the majority of our time relaxing in it. It's always cleaned and very well equipped. Definitely recommended.
Cindrumm
The accommodation at Bryn Tirion was beautiful a log burning fire ready to light hot tub hot and ready to jump in on arrival. Over all a great place to stay would stay again.
Bryony
We had a great stay at Bryn Tirion in Abergele. The location was perfect, and the lodge was wellmaintained and clean. The hot tub and BBQ were an added bonus, making it even more enjoyable. It was reasonably priced, and wed definitely return. Highly recommend!
The Bungalow is beautiful, the scenery is stunning, the only issues we found were. . The kitchen needed a deep clean, the oven was very greasy, the inside of cupboards and drawers needed a good clean. On the picture where the hot tub stands looked amazing, beautiful coloured paving, unfortunately no beautiful paving could be seen, they were all dirty with algae... Needed a power washer on them and they would look stunning. The hot tub was a cause for concern, on the screen where you operate it here's what it said. Can't see the top word on the photo I took, but it said it was over due by 87 days. 2nd one says clean filter... Over due by 57 days. 3rd one says.. Change water. Over due by 27 days. I was poorly when I got home, but can't put it down to this, I'll never know. It wouldn't stop me coming back, but I would need to see amazing reviews on the cleanliness. I forgot to mention the horses next to the garden, so lovely!! And 2 apple trees. I made apple crumble for dessert. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
A beautiful large property well equipped and spotless. the setting is amazing with lovely views. We had a couple of small issues that were delt with promptly. We had a fantastic time.
An outstanding holiday home. Beautifully kept in gorgeous countryside. A breathtaking view from every window. There was everything there to make out stay a fabulous experience. The property was spacious and spotlessly clean. A wonderful stay was had by all.
Nestar
The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, stunning views, horses, cows and sheep in the fields and two lovely cats that came to visit us each day! There were two apple trees too. The cottage was well maintained, lots of room to move about lovely ensuite bathrooms. Loved the games room too. Theres lots of places to visit around us. The jacuzzi was a great hit too. I would definitely recommend this cottage.
This property was amazing. Lovely and spacious for the 8 of us. It was very well equipped and everyone enjoyed the hot tub which overlooked the amazing views. We had experienced a car accident on the way to the bungalow so was really happy to arrive at this peaceful and calm setting of this property. I have nothing negative to say and would recommend highly.
Elaine
We had a brilliant holiday at Bryn Tyrion. It is located in an amazing, elevated, beautiful, picturesque setting, which certainly has the WOW factor! The bungalow is extremely spacious and we loved the hot tub. The garden around the accommodation is lovely and it was nice to have a picnic table and patio table. The utility room was really big and useful too. We enjoyed using the barbecue and our grandchildren loved movie nights in the games room a great novelty! The owners were very helpful and responded straight away when we rang them about a couple of things. We would certainly recommend this property. Our only constructive criticism would be it needs a little bit of TLC, which would then make it an even more spectacular place. Rhos on Sea is really lovely and of course Llandudno and Conwy. Manorafen Farm Park is fantastic and close by a must if u have children! Enjoy ur stay!!
Rebecca
Our third stay at Bryn Tirion and just as wonderful as our prior visits. Truly beautiful house and surroundings. We would definitely return again in future.
The house was very clean and comfortable and WIFI was generally very good. Its in a great location for exploring all that Wales has to offer. After a full day of sight seeing it was a pleasure to come back to the house and relax in the games room. We will definitely be recommending this as a good place to stay.
2nd time visiting this lovely accommodation, however it's now beginning to show a decline on our previous visit. It was noted there are several of the double glazed units that have blown highlighting lack of maintenance, plus no disabled handles fitted around the bath to aid the impaired. Overall an excellent location, hot tub was well looked after, butjust let down by some simple maintenance issues
This is our 3rd visit and I couldnt recommend it more. Absolutely love our stays here. The accommodation is very well looked after and well maintained. The facilities are excellent. Everything you could want they have thought of. The only recommendation I would make is to pack portable blackout blinds if you are bothered by the morning sun. The bedrooms are very light in the morning. Recommend visits to Llandudno, Pensarn beach, Colwyn bay, Rhos on Sea and Anglesey.
Very very nice property fantastic views hot tub was great bungalow a lot bigger ... Very very nice property fantastic views hot tub was great bungalow a lot bigger than pictures show everything you needed for a week in a great location little bit of maintenance would make it perfect
Caroline
Excellent cottage, well proportioned with alot of thought given to all the facilities. Beautiful area for discovering North Wales. Highly recommended
We've just returned after our 6th visit and yet again another fantastic week. The house is perfect and we always feel at home. Wouldn't know what we'd do without the hot tub, we use it everyday. We've booked again for next year.
Kristina
Lovely property. Great location. everything you could need from a home from home. hot tub was great and treated every day. kitchen well equipped. 2 fridges and freezer. games room was awesome. more pics of this property would help as it looks small but is very big and as described. thanks for our welcome basket
Lesley
Lovely house with fabulous views over the hills. Nice and central for Anglesey and the beaches at Llandudno, Rhyl and Prestatyn and the many castles and gardens in the local area. The jacuzzi was fun and warm!
Such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. The owners had provided everything needed for a perfect stay. We loved every minute of our 3 night stay. The hot tub & pool table were very much enjoyed by all. The views were stunning. We would love to return. Highly recommend.
Georgina
The owners of the property sorted little problems out straight away
Rebecca
This was our second stay at this property and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The property was spotless upon our arrival and the facilitiesamenities were all as described. We had a beautiful holiday we loved the hot tub and the gorgeous views especially as well as the horses in the neighbouring fields!. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
A fantastic property to accommodate a family of 8 adults and 12 week old baby. Instant response from the owner over a query during our stay.Very well maintained home from home and lovely peaceful setting with fabulous countryside views from the hot tub. Lovely friendly village shop a walk away, and a supermarket in Abergele. The property is beautifully situated as a base to explore N. Wales. Would recommend for families or friends get togethers
I totally concur with the previous reviewer regarding the owner. On seeing him at the hot tub, I went out to point out that the oven was in a filthy state on our arrival. I wanted to emphasize that we had not been responsible for its condition. I also mentioned a loose toilet seat that needed securing, a constantly beeping smoke alarm that required a new battery and requested a tip for the pool cue. Tips were fitted to the pool cues, one of which is cracked, but his attempt at securing the toilet seat was unsuccessful. No new battery for the smoke alarm. I spoke with Mrs. Thomas to reiterate my concern regarding the oven and requested again that the seat be secured. Apparently another unsuccessful attempt was made. I was out when one of our party saw him at the tub, again mentioning the oven and the toilet seat. His brief response was It will have to wait until Friday. We felt it easier to put up with other niggles that arose rather than contact the owners. I will admit that once initial complaints arent rectified, minor issues become an irritation. Negatives Dirty, greasy oven and grill. No grill pan handle. Hot water is extremely hot. Take care. Unpleasant smell in utility room, due to fuel oil leak outside. Fridge too small for a large party. There were only five of us. No extra fridge in the utility room as stated in the information folder. Minimal glassware and crockery. Constant beep from smoke alarm. Rear bedroom shower screen doesnt pull together. Positives Spacious. Generally clean. Welcome basket. Hot tub Excellent views. If you have already booked this cottage, dont be overly concerned. Hopefully they will have the ovens professionally cleaned, rectify the fuel oil leak and eradicate the smell and perhaps even provide the extra fridge as stated in the information folder.
Malcolm
Lovely bungalow for a large family gathering. Very clean great facilities good base for local towns. Would definitely choose this again. Thought the owner could have communicated a bit more he arrived every morning to check the hot tub and never knocked or rung the door bell On the first morning we didnt know who he was he could have been anybody and only told us he was the property owner when asked and barely spoke I think he should have announced himself especially with young children present Besides this a lovely bungalow well worth it for a large group
Booked cottage for husbands 70th birthday with family and could not have been any better. Best equipped cottage we have ever been to and of course hot tub and pool table was brilliant for 10 year old granddaughter. Views are stunning and local pub does nice meals. We would definitely book again
Christine

Yvonne
Fabulous house. Very spacious, Very clean, Stunning views and great location for exploring the area. Loved the stay
Beautiful house in a gorgeous little village just outside Abergele. We stayed here for my birthday last weekend, the house was very spacious and decorated to the highest standard. The large dinner table in the kitchen was great and perfect for playing games and making tea together. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and contained luxury furniture and bedding which was really appreciated and a lovely touch. The large hot tub on the patio was a highlight, nice and spacious for us all and a perfect way to relax and celebrate! Overall a great relaxing stay and lovely long weekend spent
Michelle
Everything was lovely, the size of the property was great. Hot tub lovely and location was great. Just a couple of observations to help Cooking trays are not the best and could do with some more big cups and glasses. The games room is a great addition especially if you have children. Overall had a fantastic week and would highly recommend the cottage.
Lesley
Had an amazing, family 4 day break over New Year. The property was everything we could have wanted. My grandsons especially enjoyed the hot tub, always a bonus. Also lots of places to visit within easy reach.
Michelle
Perfect location for getting away from it all bit close enough to all North Wales has to offer as well. Didnt need anything as all was provided. Lovely home and would highly recommend it for a family stay. The games room and hot tub were added bonus
Phillip
A wonderful stay with six adults and two toddlers, there was lots of room for watching tv on the sofas. Big dinner table was used every day. Lots of space in all the bedrooms, very clean and tidy the ensuites were a decent size. Only things that could be better, was some of symbols on the cooker were very worn, but we worked it out, and a note about recycling as all areas are different. If we head back to north wales this would be our first pick to stay.
The owners have thought of everything, we had a fabulous stay here. The welcome pack was a lovely appreciated touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. My only suggestion to help people find the bungalow would be to use what 3 words as the postcode doesn't take you to the property. If you look for 'framework.following.campers' it will take you to the drive way.
Fabulous bungalow with amazing views. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Will highly recommend.
Philip
This was our second time at the property and it hasnt changed, beautiful views and a generous welcome pack.
Bryn Tirion was an outstanding property in a simply beautiful location. The facilities and welcome pack were great and the property gave us a fab base for our week in North Wales.

We booked this cottage for a family get together, it was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and the hit tub great after a day venturing out, local put is a 10 minute walk and is very friendly with good food, the views are lovely from the garden and we would book this cottage again
The double bed in the rear bedroom has a very wornout matress which needs replacement.
Carolyn
Fantastic property, best we have ever stayed in. We were overwhelmed with how good it was. Lovely friendly owners who have thought about providing for all generations of a family. Especially loved the hot tub and the guys loved the pool table. Would recommend it to anyone who is visiting North Wales. Thank you Sian and John for a wonderful holiday and welcome pack.
